On Windows:
For the web version of Outlook:
- Open http://res.cloudinary.com/signature-theatre/image/upload/emailsig.jpg in Internet Explorer (it will only work in Internet Explorer)
- Right click on the image and select "Copy"
- Open a new tab in Internet Explorer and go to: https://outlook.office.com/mail/options/mail/messageContent and logon as yourself with your Windows credentials.
- Paste the copied image into your email signature and save.
For the Desktop Outlook App:
- Create your signature in Outlook first with everything you want to include except the image.
- Go to File Explorer and paste the following in the search bar at the top: %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures
- There will be a few files in there. You're looking for the file that has the type of htm (if you have multiple signatures, find the htm file for the signature you want to add the image to). Right click and choose Open With > Notepad
- Scroll to the bottom of the file and copy this:

And paste into the document just before:

5. Then save the file and compose a new email.
On Macs:
Desktop Version of Outlook:
- Go to http://res.cloudinary.com/signature-theatre/image/upload/emailsig.jpg and copy the image.
- Follow the instructions here: https://www.lifewire.com/insert-image-in-outlook-for-mac-signature-1170614 and paste the image into your signature.
