Connecting to the Signature Theatre VPN

While connecting to the Signature Theatre network from outside the office is less and less necessary for accessing our servers, some users might still need to connect for other reasons, like accessing their desktop PC.

Most of the steps required to connect with Windows 10 are documented here (for macOS, its here)

You will need:

1. Our server address: signature-theatre-network-wired-pcptwbqrtbc.dynamic-m.com
2. Our PSK (preshared key), which can be obtained from IT
3. Your Windows username/password

Once successfully connected you'll be able to:

Access the Media drive:

• On a PC: Copy "\\arl-thtr-nas-01.int.sigtheatre.org\Media" into Windows File Explorer and login with Windows credentials
• On a Mac: Copy "smb://arl-thtr-nas-01.int.sigtheatre.org/Media" into Go under Finder and login with Windows Credentials

RDP to your desktop PC:

• Open Remote Desktop Connection from your list of installed programs and connect to your PC name with your Windows Credentials
